What this site collects

If you write to us through the form, we receive your name, your email, your phone if you enter it, and your message. We use them to reply to you. This site uses no analytics tools, pixels, session recording or embedded scheduler.

What we ask you not to write

Please don't include medical details in the form or in an email. Emails and messages are not read right away and are not monitored around the clock. For anything urgent, call us or use the numbers on the Help now page.

Your clinical records

The details of your care are kept in the practice's own system, not on this site. They are shared only as the law allows, or when you authorize it in writing.

Links to other sites

If you click the link to the online calendar or to another site, that site has its own privacy rules. Read them before you give your information.

How to ask us

Write to hola@heathterapia.com or call (323) 555-0102 to ask us to correct or delete what you sent through this site. We cannot guarantee that a message sent by email or text is completely private.
